With a combined 50 years of business and information technology expertise, we decided to semi-retire to our little piece of paradise in the town ofFernie in the East Kootenays of the Canadian Rockies   Now, we share our passion  and expertise by  helping others - individuals, entrepreneurs, small and medium sized businesses.   Dave focuses on IT hardware, software, engineering and design; Heather on entrepreneurs and small business consulting - getting your business from ideation to strategy to effective and profitable day-to-day operations.

  • For a large Toronto law firm, implemented a local area network, core office and accounting software and specialty software for legal research, document creation, corporate customer records management.
  • For a quasi judicial government agency recommended and implemented a decisions/precedents database
  • for an Ontario government Ministry conducted an organizational and operational review of the structure, roles and responsibilities, recommending a new structure and developing new position descriptions.
  • For a national freight railroad, developed and implemented:

  • Leadership
